Controlled File Handling

Client files are handled through designated operational workflows.
Our teams are instructed to avoid unauthorized sharing, downloading, copying or transferring of client information and to follow client-specific file-handling procedures wherever applicable.

Secure Data Transfer

Where supported by the client workflow, we use secure file-transfer methods and client-designated platforms for receiving and delivering work.
We can also follow a client's prescribed secure portal, SFTP or other approved transmission process.

No Personal Devices on the Production Floor

Our production environment is designed to restrict the use of personal devices in sensitive processing areas.
This helps reduce the risk of unauthorized photography, recording, copying or transfer of client information.

Confidentiality & NDA Support

We are prepared to execute client-specific NDAs, confidentiality agreements, data-processing requirements and security commitments before commencing sensitive projects.
